My Steamy Love Affair with Crepini

It all started 2-1/2 months ago.  The blind date was set up through a mutual acquaintance.   With the day and time set, Crepini arrived punctually at my doorstep.   Even though Crepini seemed to have a desirable all-in-one package, I of course had to wait to see if we would be a good match.  So as Crepini started showing some sweet and savory moves, I knew I was hooked.  It was love at first bite.

I’m not engulfed by the green eyed monster, so I’ll even share Crepini with you!   Take a look: www.crepinicafe.com

Hot stuff, huh?  One may think Crepini is of Italian descent, but that’s actually not the case.  Crepini is French and Russian – the name being derived from the French term Crepe and the Russian term Blini.   So Crepini is multi cultured ladies, and I don’t know about you, but a foreign accent makes my mouth water.

All natural.  Low fat.  Fresh. Low calorie. Delicious. Incredibly satisfying.  Does it get any better than this?  Pinch me!

And Crepini isn’t the type to make you feel self-conscious, or guilty for indulging; perfect for dieters or those watching calories.  As a charming party guest, Crepini is great to have around for any holiday or event, and is just as alluring on any ordinary day.  I’ve also noticed that Crepini is self-reliant and co-dependent – it really depends on the situation – and I have to say, I like it.

It was extremely important to me that my family approved of Crepini.  My brother Matthew, currently a personal chef, has a degree from the leading culinary school in the country, the Culinary Institute of America, and has been able to acquire stellar Zagat ratings for many restaurants as head chef.  When I introduced him to Crepini, he gave two thumbs up right off the bat!  You can imagine how much that meant to me!  He even went as far as to list Crepini’s strong attributes when we were all dining together:  top-quality, well balanced flavor, engaging company to dine with for breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert and culturally true to form.

My relationship with Crepini grows stronger and stronger every day.   So what are you waiting for?  I don’t want to be the only one having all the fun!

Let me warn you though.  If you are the “play-hard-to-get” type, your gig is up.  Crepini is way too hard to resist.

;)
